What you'll learn during the program:

  • Pre-requisites: Welcome to high-tech
    Cover the basics you'll need to enter the high-tech world, including vocabulary, the full candidate journey, and a little bit about monday.com.
  • Week 1: Intro to recruitment
    Meet the lecturers who will teach you about the recruitment role, the employee life cycle, and the impact good recruitment has on the business.
  • Week 2: Building a recruitment pipeline
    Learn how to identify a role's essential criteria, create a recruitment plan, and check for cultural fit. Then finish off the week with a workshop on positioning.
  • Week 3: Resume screening
    Discover how to screen resumes properly in a full-day workshop with top recruiters at monday.com.
  • Week 4: The phone interview
    Find out the techniques professionals use in their phone screening to pitch jobs correctly and recognize star candidates when they see them.
  • Week 5: Diversity and interviews
    Discover what you've been missing about diversity-focused hiring and common biases in a full-day workshop on leading HR interviews.
  • Week 6: Managing the candidate journey
    See how to check references, offer salaries, and track recruitment KPI's with the HR tools available to you. Then put your skills to use at our LinkedIn workshop.
  • Week 7: Score the job of your dreams
    Find out the secrets to resume writing, LinkedIn, and interviews you need to glide through the hiring process and score the job of your dreams.
